The highlights of 2023 so far include Triton's platform investment and formation of Habeo Group through the acquisition and financing of eight Finnish companies. We have also advised several clients in cross-border transactions, such as the US-based technology company Impinj, Inc. (NASDAQ: PI) in its acquisition of Voyantic Oy as well as Uponor Infra Oy in the sale of its district energy business to ISOPLUS.
