Cadwalader was named "Best Middle Market CLO Arranger Counsel of the Year" as part of DealCatalyst's inaugural U.S. CLO Industry Awards.
The awards, announced earlier this week at the annual CLO Industry Conference, recognize excellence in the CLO industry, and winners were chosen by a vote of members of the Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA).
