Amanda Davidson, one of Australia's most highly regarded construction lawyers and litigators, has joined Freehills as a Partner in the Projects team in Sydney.
Ms Davidson brings to Freehills more than 19 years experience advising clients in the field of construction, mining and telecommunications, and specialises in advising industry participants on major construction projects as well as construction litigation and dispute resolution.

Ms Davidson joins Freehills from Blake Dawson Waldron where she was Lead Partner in the National Construction and Commercial Arbitration Group.

Amanda Davidson has a combined Law and Commerce degree from Melbourne University and is a member of the Institute of Arbitrators Australia, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and LEADR. In addition, she is a regular participant in industry conferences and has acted for the peak industry body, the Australian Constructors Association (ACA).
