successfullyadvised the owner of Unuodesign, a Czech manufacturer
and seller of children's clothing and fabrics,on the sale of a
majority stake in the company to Hartenberg Holding, an investment
fund focusedon the Central European region.
Kinstellar advised the seller throughout the entire transaction,
including advice on shareholder relationship arrangements and deal
structuring.The deal's value was not disclosed.
