Restructuring and contentious insolvency expert Nour Khaleq has been awarded "Next Gen of the Year" in the annual peer-voted RISA awards.

RISA in the Cayman Islands – the Recovery and Insolvency Specialists Association – is a member of INSOL and is the leading professional network of Cayman restructuring and contentious insolvency professionals.

The annual RISA Awards recognise a significant contribution to the insolvency profession of the Cayman Islands.

Nour is part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Restructuring and Corporate Recovery team. She specialises in corporate restructuring and reorganisation, formal insolvency procedures, negligence and breach of duty claims and statutory remedies. She has experience in advising and acting for creditors, insolvency practitioners and distressed companies in relation to winding up petitions, voidable transactions, asset recovery and liquidator removal applications.
