Ny forskrift om menerstatning ved pasientskader trådte i
kraft 15.03.21. Det meste av tabellverket fra forskriften om
menerstatning ved yrkesskader er tatt inn i den nye forskriften,
men det er særlig gjort revisjoner på de delene av
tabellen som gjelder fordøyelsessystemet (mage og tarm),
kjønnsorganer, urinrør og hjerte. I tillegg er det
laget et nytt punkt om cerebral parese. For dem som håndterer
andre typer personskader enn pasientskadesaker antas det likevel
å være et nylaget og generelt punkt om smerter
(invaliditetstabellens punkt 11) som vil vekke størst
oppmerksomhet. Det gjenstår å se om den nye tabellen
her vil ha en smitteeffekt over til andre sakstyper.
