It gives us great pleasure to announce that our Managing Partner, Mr. Osaro Eghobamien, SAN, has been appointed to the distinguished position of Vice Chairman of the Convention of Business Integrity (CBI), a seat previously held by H.E Dr Christopher Kolade, CON former Nigeria's High Commissioner to the United Kingdom. He serves alongside Mrs Ibikun Awosika who was also unanimously appointed as Chairman of CBI.

The CBI is a society that advocates business integrity. Its key objective is to change the general perception, locally and internationally, that Nigerian businesses are fraudulent and corrupt. With a 'zero tolerance for corruption' policy in the conduct of business, the objectives of the CBI would foster international relationships for businesses under its portfolio. We have no doubt that the combined wealth of experience of the Chairman, Vice- Chairman and the other Directors of CBI, the organisation, would allow the CBI take a giant leap on these efforts, and achieve ethical business practices, transparency and fair competition in the private and public sectors.

The Firm is indeed proud to have this accomplishment to our credit, not too long after its recent Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC) impact award presented by the Vice President, His Excellency Prof. Yemi Osinbanjo in December 2017, for its contributions towards "Getting Credit Indicator" in the ease of doing business reforms. The reforms resulted in Nigeria's recent elevation by 24 points in the World Bank's Comparative Analysis of the ease of doing business.

We thank you for continuing to be a part of our success story.
