Clement Mifsud-Bonnici has published a country report on 2019's second issue of the European Procurement & Public Private Partnership Law Review.

The country report deals with a recent judgment delivered by the Court of Appeal (Malta) on 29 April 2019 on a public procurement challenge.

This judgment upheld an appeal from an aggrieved bidder who challenged the legality of a tender on the basis that the information disclosed about a specific tender requirement was not sufficient for the unsuccessful bidders to compete on an equal level playing field with one of the bidders who was an incumbent on a neighbouring market.

The content of this article is intended to provide a general guide to the subject matter. Specialist advice should be sought about your specific circumstances.
