The global economy, including the gaming sector, is facing enormous challenges due to unexpected outbreak of the COVID-19 which apart from presenting an alarming health crisis, has a significant impact on your business, customers and employees.

In view of this, the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA/Authority) is requesting the filling out of the survey to assess the potential effects on the gaming industry in Malta. To this effect, please download one of the surveys below depending on the type of licence held with the MGA:

  • Link 1 - B2C - Gaming Service Licence holders
  • Link 2 - B2B - Critical Supply Licence holders
  • Link 3 - B2C - Gaming Service Licence and B2B - Critical Supply Licence holders

Feedback is crucial to ensure that proper measures are implemented by the Authority in order to understand the extent of the effect of the COVID-19 on the gaming sector and to raise the industry concerns to the Government.

The MGA takes this opportunity to thank all its licensees for the efforts during these uncertain times to come up with the working solutions for the employees and business partners when faced with such unexpected circumstances. The dedication and close collaboration are appreciated.

The Authority kindly requests that the replies are submitted, via email to research.mga@mga.org.mt, by not later than 20 April 2020.
