The Convention for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion signed between Cyprus and the Ukraine on 8th November 2012 will enter into force as from 1 January 2014.

It was ratified by the Ukrainian Parliament on 4 July 2013. The new Treaty will replace the existing Treaty signed between Cyprus and the USSR in 1982.
