- With reference to payment of the Annual Levy of €350 for the year 2020, companies will now be allowed to effect payment up to the 31st December 2020, without any additional penalties (currently at 10% and 30%).
- No monetary penalty shall be imposed for any late filing fees, and this process is postponed until 2021.
- As to the filing of the Annual Reports for 2020, it is noted that any Annual Report with date of preparation being between 01/01/2020 until 31/12/2020 may be submitted with the Registrar of Companies up to and including the 28/01/2021 without the imposition of the late filing fee of €20.
