Li Keqiang, the Prime Minister, announced on an executive
meeting of the State Council that, the government will further
clean up and standardize enterprise-related fees to reduce the
burden of these enterprises, including cancelling the patent issue
fees and postponing payment of reduced annuities from on August 1,
2018. Details are to be notified by State Intellectual Property
Office.
