Canada has conducted a second Express Entry draw in a week featuring 5,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs).

The November 25 draw featured a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 469, the lowest minimum score of 2020 for an all-program draw.

The 5,000 ITAs issued equals the record for an individual draw set the week before. It brings the total for 2020 to 97,350, making it highly likely Canada will pass 100,000 ITAs in 2020.
