Payfare Inc. (TSX: PAY), a leading fintech company offering digital banking and payment solutions for marquee clients such as Uber, DoorDash, and Lyft, announces the exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters in connection with its previously announced initial public offering bringing the total proceeds as part of the initial public offering to $75.2 million. The Offering was made possible through a syndicate of underwriters (collectively, the "Underwriters") led by Stifel GMP and included Scotia Capital, Canaccord Genuity, and Raymond James.
