The Australian Government is currently conducting hearings around the country in relation to the China Australia Free Trade Agreement (ChAFTA) which was tabled in the Federal Parliament in June 2015 following the conclusion of the negotiations.

Senior Associate, Lea Fua, appeared before the Joint Standing Committee on Treaties (JSCOT) as a witness and made submissions on the ChAFTA from an Agribusiness perspective.
