21/08/2019 – This instrument amends the National Health (Weighted average disclosed price – October 2019 reduction day) Determination 2019 (PB 45 of 2019) to reduce the approved ex-manufacturer price of certain Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme medicines that were calculated as a result of price disclosure, and to adjust the approved ex-manufacturer prices of brands amended to reflect changes that have resulted from the dispute resolution process.
