Slovakia Antitrust/Competition Law
Parliament passed the Act on EXIM Bank. The aim of the bank is to finance and insure exports. The bank's main role will be to act as a financial institution providing help to small and middle size enterprises. It will be also allowed to finance the government budget deficit and to represent Slovakia in the international field.

The bank will be controlled and also be provided with part of the initial capital required by the government.
