Transport Capacity in the National Gas Pipeline System (SNG)

On August 5th, 2016 the National Natural Gas Control Center (CENAGAS) published a notice by means of which it informs the users to whom PEMEX Gas y Petroquímica Básica (PEMEX PGPB) delivered notifications of acquired rights related to the transport capacity in the National Gas Pipeline System.

On August 5th, 2016 the National Natural Gas Control Center (CENAGAS) published in the Federal Official Gazette a notice by means of which it informs the users to whom PEMEX Gas y Petroquímica Básica (PEMEX PGPB) delivered notifications of acquired rights related to the transport capacity in the National Gas Pipeline System (SNG) that the CENAGAS, as technical manager of the National Integrated Natural Gas Transportation and Storage System (SISTRANGAS), is forming the corresponding database related to such notifications.

In view of the above, it is essential that Users who have acquired rights notifications for the SNG, file before the CENAGAS the support documentation regarding the aforementioned acquired rights.

These new Organic Bylaws are motivated by the necessity of the CENAGAS to have Bylaws that properly address its current necessities.
