PEP and PCS Organic Structure

On July 3rd, 2015, the Organic Bylaws of the Productive State-owned Subsidiaries of Petróleos Mexicanos known as Pemex Exploración y Producción (“PEP”) and Pemex Cogeneración y Servicios (“PCS”) were published in the Federal Official Gazette.

On July 3rd, 2015, the Organic Bylaws of the Productive State-owned Subsidiaries of Petróleos Mexicanos known as Pemex Exploración y Producción (“PEP”) and Pemex Cogeneración y Servicios (“PCS”) were published in the Federal Official Gazette.

Pursuant to such Organic Bylaws, PEP’s organic structure will be composed of: (i) a Board of Directors, (ii) an Operational Coordination, (iii) a Head of Production and Development, and (iv) a Head of Exploration, each with several departments and management offices.

Regarding the organic structure of PCS, it will be composed of: (i) a Board of Directors, (ii) a Chief Executive Office, and (iii) several management offices.
