Employees are eligible to participate in any group insurance benefit plan that we have in place from time to time for employees at their level. Coverage is subject to the terms of the plan. We reserve the right to discontinue any plan or change the level of coverage or the group insurance carrier at any time upon notice to you.

In the event that your employment is terminated, all benefit coverage will cease on the day that you are given notice of the termination of your employment unless:
We advise you at the time you are given notice that your benefits will extend beyond that date; or
We are required by employment standards legislation to continue benefits beyond that date.
