On March 14, 2018, the Personal Data Protection Commission
("PDPC") invited interested and suitable companies to participate as assessment bodies for the Data
Protection ("DP") Trustmark Certification. The DP
Trustmark Certification allows organizations to demonstrate
compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act ("PDPA")
and show adequate management of personal data.
