TMF Group is named, yet again, a Leader in the Multi-Country Capability market segment for payroll services. The recognition comes from NelsonHall, a leading research and analysis firm which specialises in digital operations transformation.

The research was carried out using NelsonHall's Evaluation & Assessment Tool (NEAT), which sits at the front end of the vendor screening process and consists of a two-axis model: assessing vendors against their 'ability to deliver immediate benefit' to buy-side organisations; and their 'ability to meet client future requirements'. The latter is a pragmatic assessment of the vendor's ability to take clients on an innovation journey over the lifetime of their next contract.

In its analysis NelsonHall positioned TMF Group in the Leader category, meaning that the company exhibited a high capability to deliver immediate benefit alongside high capacity to meet future client requirements.

The findings of this year's assessment demonstrate that TMF Group is a Leader in the Multi-Country Capability category: this market segment reflects vendors' ability to meet future client requirements as well as delivering immediate benefits to their payroll services clients with specific capability around multi-country payroll operations.

Liz Rennie, HR Technology & Services Research Director at Nelson Hall, said:

"TMF Group is a Leader in the multi-country payroll services market, helping clients benefit from stronger payroll processes, improved timeliness for compliance and improved accuracy through integration. TMF Group brings a strong middleware layer to support global clients in managing multiple country payrolls with ease.
