Partners Ronald B. Kremnitzer and Richard S. Frazer, Co-Heads of the Restaurant, Food + Beverage Practice, organized, formed, negotiated, and implemented the capital raise needed for the expansion through a private placement of securities to investors.
With more than a dozen Lenwich sandwich shops located throughout Manhattan, Lenny's name has become eponymous with New York hero sandwiches. Born in South Korea, Lenny himself is regarded as somewhat of a hero within the Korean American community for his entrepreneurial spirit. Pryor is proud to have helped Lenny expand and introduce the cuisine of his new home to his original country, bringing his signature sandwiches back to the land of his birth with the opening in April 2022 of the first of up to several Lenwich shops in Seoul.
