Cooper Grace Ward Lawyers is extremely proud to be among the winners recognised in Human Resources Director (HRD) magazine's 5-Star Employer of Choice Awards for 2022.
HRD's annual award highlights Australian companies' achievements and initiatives across a wide-range of areas, including leadership, learning and development, wellbeing, flexibility, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, and recruitment. These areas represent the core facets of HR, as well as the new challenges facing employers as a result of the pandemic.
5-Star Employer of Choice winners were from a range of industries from insurance to law services, HR providers, government bodies and professional services.
Neil Baker, Director of People and Culture at Cooper Grace Ward said the achievement reflects the firm's focus on supporting team members since the easing of the pandemic.
