Changes in construction and infrastructure disputes: 2022 and beyond

This session will feature a debate on the latest and most relevant legal and practical issues that have emerged or are emerging in construction and infrastructure disputes, how those issues impact on parties' rights and obligations and the conduct of disputes.

The panel will address new ways in which parties are seeking to avoid contractual obligations, the exercise of new or developed remedies, constraints on the exercise of power under a contract and developments in the law and the evaluation of delay and disruption claims. It will also consider what practical changes parties are facing or may face in international dispute resolution.
