The CSB Group team has recently gathered for the 2022 Company Updates. Once again, this year we have gone virtual to tune into our directors' and managers' presentations about the company's performance in 2021 and the ambitious plans for further growth in the months to come. The presentation started off with a speech by Group CEO, Michael J. Zammit, who praised all the team members from CSB Group and its associated brandes, namely Regus Malta, VC (VacancyCentre) and Malta Sotheby's International Realty, for their hard work and for making 2021 another successful year.
He continued that despite Covid-19 and remote working, the team remained well-connected and managed to reach our targets with record breaking sales figures. Michael recollected the honour we all felt in receiving the SiGMA Best Corporate Services Provider of the Year 2021 Award and how this makes us all proud and recognised for our efforts. He carried on to congratulate the team behind Regus Malta who also won an award, namely the Circle of Excellence Award at the EMEA Global Summit.
Michael concluded his speech by announcing plans for further growth and investment in our talent. As a final note he encouraged everyone to keep up their excellent work and to ensure that our clients keep benefitting from our 360° approach – a unique set up that CSB Group is proud to offer.
Following presentations from all heads of units, the CSB Group Star Awards were presented to top employees for their outstanding performance while Long Service Awards were given to those celebrating five and ten years in employment with the Group.
The Shining Star was awarded to Stephanie Portelli and Kyle Scerri. Warren Abela and Noylene Taliana received the Rising Star Award while Edward Meli, Vanda Marlok, Thomas Mallia, Suzanne Magri, Claudia Marletta, Emma Lia, Tsvetan Tsachev and John Tabone received the Supporting Star Award. Maria Mercieca Imbroll, Maxine Fraivillig and Michael Parlato Trigona were awarded the five years Long Service Award and Malcolm Ferrante and Patricia Deguara were awarded the ten years Long Service Award.
Despite gathering virtually, the event turned out to be a very successful one. CSB Group firmly believes in keeping the whole team updated on the company's results and plans especially when these are a result of fantastic teamwork that enables the Group to keep aiming for growth and success.
