Davies Collison Cave (DCC) are pleased to announce that David Webber and Michael Caine have been recognised by IAM in their Global Leaders Guide for 2022.
Now into its third year, the IAM Global Leaders Guide brings together the world's foremost private practice patent experts. To be considered to be included in the guide, individuals must be ranked in the gold tier of the Patent 1000 – the market-leading annual directory that identifies the top law and attorney firms and individuals in the world's most important patent jurisdictions.
David is the Managing Principal for our Patents group and became a partner of DCC in 1992. He has more than 30 years' experience acting on behalf of large corporations, research institutes, universities and start-up companies, both in Australia and overseas. David has won numerous awards throughout the years and has an extensive amount of experience and knowledge within the industry.
Michael is a patent attorney and principal of DCC where he leads the firm's organic chemistry/pharmaceutical group. Michael is the Immediate Past President of the Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia (IPTA), and has been a member of the IPTA council since 2001, serving as President for the last two years.
