Christmas is a time of celebration and gatherings, and in normal circumstances the CSB Group would typically come together in a glamorous setting, surrounded by good food and music. With yet another spike in Covid-19 cases and the new variant that is causing a lot of uncertainties, the Directors at CSB Group felt that it is only responsible to cancel the highly awaited Christmas gathering and safeguard everyone's health and safety.
While the Group will remain on the lookout for the next opportunity to safely get together and celebrate its 2021 achievements, the Directors thoughtfully passed on a gift as a token of appreciation for each member of staff to enjoy with their loved ones during this Festive Season. A hamper consisting of gourmet treats was accompanied by a personalised letter signed by CSB Group CEO, Michael J. Zammit, where he thanked the 100+ staff members for their ever-continued dedication and commitment.
Despite the challenges that everyone is facing in these unprecedented times, CSB Group has experienced a successful year. Thanks to the continued efforts of each and every team member, the Group successfully managed to maintain a steady level of productivity and client satisfaction, while working in hybrid mode.
Michael J. Zammit, shared that the resilience, strong family values and continued support already shared between staff, will make 2022 another successful year. With a clear strategy already in place for 2022 the Directors are optimistic that the Group will be able to maintain its drive for growth and investment in both its business and also its valued team members.
CSB Group and its associated brands, namely, Malta Sotheby&rsqutarget=_blanko;s International Realty, VC and Regus, would like to wish all their friends, associates, clients and their respective families a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
