The ACCA Approved Employer programme is an accreditation of employers' learning and development policies and systems. CSB Group holds a trainee development level of Gold, which means that individuals that work for the Group would be allowed to claim a performance objective exemption. This exemption exists because ACCA has deemed CSB Groups level of training and support to be sufficient enough to meet the practical experience (PER). Through such certification, the ACCA aims at helping organisations like CSB Group, attract and retain staff with ACCA Careers while providing them with preferential rates on additional qualifications and access to their professional insights work.
