Harriet Territt, a partner in Jones Day's Financial Markets Practice based in the Firm's London Office, has been named to P.R.I.M.E. Finance's Panel of Experts.
Ms. Territt was one of 15 new appointees announced by the Hague-based Panel of Recognised International Market Experts in Finance and joins Jones Day's Alban Caillemer du Ferrage, a partner in the the Firm's Financial Markets practice based in Paris, and Jay Tambe, who leads the practice and is based in New York, among P.R.I.M.E.'s Panel of Experts consisting of "prominent professionals with unique finance, legal and regulatory expertise, and experience that spans the globe."
Ms. Territt has more than 20 years of experience in resolving significant financial disputes and regulatory issues with a particular focus on the cutting edge of financial technology. Her practice covers all forms of complex financial instruments, with significant experience relating to derivatives and structured products. Ms. Territt regularly solves disputes by negotiation, mediation, and wholesale restructuring of transactions as well as by representing clients in court and related proceedings. She also works with clients on liability, risk, and governance issues arising out of the fintech revolution such as blockchain, AI implementations, payments, crypto assets, digital currencies, alternative finance arrangements, and consumer facing products.
An innovative collaboration launched in January 2012, P.R.I.M.E. Finance was established to help resolve, and to assist judicial systems in the resolution of, disputes concerning complex financial products.
