Davies Collison Cave (DCC) Principal Marion Heathcote has been ranked among the Top 250 Women in IP in the 2021 edition of Managing IP. This is in recognition of Marion's exceptional client service.
The Top 250 Women in IP recognises female IP practitioners in more than 30 jurisdictions and different regions. The listing started in 2013 for IP practitioners in the United States, and from 2016 considered practitioners from across the globe. DCC congratulates Marion on her sixth consecutive inclusion in the rankings.
Marion's major area of practice is Trade Mark law and she has extensive experience in strategically advising on international trade mark portfolio management and protection. Most recently, Marion has also again been recognised by Who's Who Legal: Global Elite Thought Leaders 2021, as a WIPR Leader 2021 and in Best Lawyers Australia: Ranked Highly for Intellectual Property Law 2021.
