Event Description
The COVID-19 pandemic and its related challenges have shaped the development of legal issues and trends in securities litigation, which continue to evolve at a rapid pace. Areas of particular interest in 2020 were contested transactions, regulatory changes and several developments in securities class action law, particularly in Quebec. Join the Blakes Securities Litigation team as they discuss these trends and developments and their practical implications. Following the presentation, there will be a 10-minute Q&A session.
