Dr. Philip Rogers, the 12th chancellor of East Carolina University, will be the keynote speaker at the virtual event. He first came to ECU as a policy analyst in 2007 and served as chief of staff from 2008-2013. Rogers was elected as chancellor in December 2020. Prior to his new role, He was the senior vice president at the American Council on Education.
