Payfare Inc., a leading fintech company offering digital banking and payment solutions for marquee clients such as Uber, DoorDash, and Lyft, has completed its initial public offering for total gross proceeds of C$65.4 million. Payfare started trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "PAY" on March 19, 2021. The initial public offering was made possible through a syndicate of underwriters (collectively, the "Underwriters") led by Stifel GMP and included Scotia Capital, Canaccord Genuity, and Raymond James.
