Dario de Martino spoke to Reuters about the launch of Morrison & Foerster's Black Venture Accelerator, a program that offers pro bono legal services to Black founders and Black-owned businesses.

MoFo is looking to assist "startup, emerging, and growth companies" that want to scale their offerings, according to Dario.

He added that organizational, securities, intellectual property, employment, and regulatory oversights can often leave startup founders with "serious legal issues down the road," and said he hopes MoFo's initiative can help minority founders avoid those risks.
