BLG acted for The Bank of Nova Scotia, in its capacity as sole lender, in providing $570 million in total acquisition financing to Dye & Durham Limited (a public traded company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange with a market capitalization in excess of $2 billion) in connection with its transformational acquisition of DoProcess, the number one provider of real estate software in Canada, for C$530 Million from Teranet. The debt financing included a C$140 million revolving credit facility, a C$305 million term loan facility and a second C$125 million term loan facility.
