In parts one and two of our Women in Leadership series, executive leadership coach Sally Helgesen discussed six habits from her book How Women Rise that can hold us back from reaching new heights in our careers and how we can identify and overcome those self-limiting behaviours. In this program, we will take a closer look on how we can address habits that may be impeding our progress and gain the insights and advice of a panel of senior executives who will share their leadership journeys and the behaviours they had to overcome along the way. We will also explore how those journeys helped shape and inform their thoughts and strategies on how to build a workplace that empowers and supports the advancement of all women and ensures access to equal opportunities.
