Gideon Habel, partner and head of the regulatory and disciplinary team has been ranked as an 'Up and Coming' partner, and Emma Walker, associate solicitor, has been ranked as an 'Associate to Watch'.
Gideon and Emma were part of the internal team at the firm who comprehensively defeated a high-profile and long-running Solicitors Regulation Authority investigation and prosecution of Leigh Day and three of its solicitors between 2015 and 2018. Since then, they have turned their skills and experience to acting for fellow professionals going through their own investigations and prosecutions and also advise professional colleagues on ongoing ethics and compliance matters.
Chambers and Partners identifies and ranks the most outstanding law firms and lawyers every year. Today, 22 October 2020, they have released their Chambers UK and UK Bar 2021.
