March 12, 2020 (LONDON) – International law firm Proskauer advised Brigadier Acquisition Company Limited, on its all-cash offer for Moss Bros Group plc for £22.6 million.
Moss Bros is one of the UK's top menswear shops specializing in dress wear for formal occasions with more than 125 shops throughout the UK.
