29th March, 2019: Trilegal, one of India's leading law firms, announced six new additions to its partnership as an outcome of its partner selection process this year. These promotions are effective from 1st April 2019.
The six new partners are Amar Narula (Energy and Infrastructure, New Delhi), Anirudh Agarwala (Corporate, Mumbai), Anuradha Agnihotri (Disputes, Bengaluru), Harsh Jain (Corporate, Mumbai), Tine Abraham (Disputes, New Delhi) and Wiseroy Damodaran (Corporate, Bengaluru).

Partner, New Delhi
Energy and Infrastructure
Amar Narula is part of the energy and infrastructure practice at Trilegal. His primary areas of practice are energy and infrastructure projects. He has represented the government, lenders, sponsors and developers on projects in various energy and infrastructure sectors such as power, roads, ports and agricultural storage.
Amar advises on all aspects of renewable energy projects (wind, solar and solar rooftop), including PPAs, EPC and O&M contracts and regulatory issues. On the conventional side, he has advised on PPAs, fuel supply and transport arrangements, financing agreements, EPC and O&M contracts and mine developer and operator contracts.
Amar is an alumnus of NLU Jodhpur (2008) and has done M.Sc. in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from Kings College London. He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi, India.
Anirudh Agarwala is part of the corporate practice at Trilegal. His experience includes working on mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), private equity, venture capital, restructuring and structured investments. Anirudh has also advised various funds on governmental policies and regulatory issues relating to their investments, structures and acquisitions.
Anirudh's role in transactions includes deal structuring and implementation, liaising with regulators, drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents, and advising clients on general corporate matters.
Anirudh is an alumnus of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, India (2010) and a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, India.
Anuradha Agnihotri is part of the disputes practice at Trilegal. She has extensive experience in foreign seated and domestic arbitrations as well as litigation in the Bombay and Karnataka High Courts, Supreme Court and other High Courts and lower courts across India.
Anuradha's experience includes a wide range of high value arbitrations including disputes arising out of shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements and large construction projects. She has also represented clients in criminal proceedings and investigations such as fraud, cheating and breach of trust cases. She also appears on behalf of clients as an arguing counsel.
Anuradha is an alumnus of the National Academy for Legal Studies and Research, Hyderabad (2006) and a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, India.
Harsh Jain is part of the corporate practice at Trilegal. His primary practice areas are mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital.
Harsh advises both international and domestic clients on their investments in India. He has worked on acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, business transfers, entry and exit strategies, corporate restructuring and general corporate compliance related work among other areas of the corporate practice.
Harsh is an alumnus of National Law School of India University, Bangalore (2009) and a member of the Bar Council of Delhi, India.

Tine Abraham is part of the disputes practice at Trilegal. She has represented various clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and various tribunals as well as arbitrations.
Tine is an alumnus of National Academy for Legal Studies and Research, Hyderabad (2009) and a member of Bar Council of Delhi, India.
Wiseroy Damodaran is part of the corporate practice at Trilegal. He primarily focuses on M&A and private equity/venture capital related work.
Wiseroy has been involved in several complex and large M&A deals involving restructuring of businesses and corporate structures in India, including court approved schemes of arrangement.
Wiseroy is an alumnus of National University of Advanced Legal Studies, India (2008) and a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
