We're partnering with Construction Scotland Innovation Centre (CSIC) to deliver, BIM in Practice - Client Requirements.
Karyn Watt will Chair the seminar which will look at Building Information Modelling (BIM) from the clients perspective and how to ensure the client gets what they need.
We'll cover, preparing the various Information Requirements documents, including organisation, design, construction and asset management requirements from the client's point of view, and how to check they get the information they need and want.
Exploring formats of data delivery for client approval at key stages, handover information for asset management, how to assess tendering teams in terms of their BIM capabilities; and reviewing a BIM Execution Plan to ensure it will deliver the brief requirements.
