With significant experience in intellectual property law, Jürgen assists clients in protecting and enforcing trade marks. He also specialises in internet related issues ranging from cyber-squatting to cyber fraud.
As a German national born in South Africa, Jürgen brings a strong international perspective to the table when advising clients, and has worked with some of the world's biggest brands to devise strategic trade mark strategies that set them apart from competitors.
