DALLAS (May 6, 2024) – Holland & Knight advised Thryv Inc., a subsidiary of Thryv Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: THRY), on a $435 million financing transaction. The transaction closed on May 1.
The new credit facilities consist of a $350 million senior term loan facility and an $85 million senior asset-based revolving loan facility. The new credit facilities refinanced the company's existing credit facilities and will provide ongoing working capital needs.
