Netcoins and Blockchain Intelligence Group, completed the
acquisition of all of the outstanding shares of TerraZero
Technologies Inc. (“TerraZero") not already owned by
BIGG, for total consideration of approximately 62 million common
shares of BIGG (“BIGG Shares"), valued at approximately
$20 million. TerraZero is a vertically integrated Metaverse
development group.
