On October 12, Partner Kevin Goldstein will present an online seminar discussing recent developments in U. S. antitrust laws relating to mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
This FRONTEO-hosted program is directed to Japanese companies and will provide practical tips to help them successfully navigate the U.S. antitrust merger review process. The program will introduce the U.S. merger clearance process and discuss the newly proposed merger guidelines and recent changes to the merger control filing requirements. It will also address risks and compliance requirements for other less formal competitor collaborations, including joint ventures and third-party information exchanges.
The seminar will be presented in both English and Japanese.
