Please note that this seminar will take place in French only.
Please join lawyers from our Employment & Labour group for an overview of legislation relating to various aspects of employee privacy in the workplace, including limitations imposed on employers.
Our presenters will also review the rules pertaining to social media monitoring and the tailing of employees by employers. They will examine situations that, while occurring outside the workplace, are likely to be subject to disciplinary action. They will also provide examples taken from recent case law to illustrate the concepts covered during the presentation.
