MIAMI (March 30, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised private equity fund Boyne Capital in its partnership with management to acquire Ryan Construction Co., Inc. and Ryan Marine, Inc. (collectively Ryan Marine). The deal was announced on March 28, 2023.
Florida-based Boyne Capital focuses on investments in lower middle market companies and has invested in a broad range of industries, including healthcare services, consumer products, manufacturing, business and financial services, and industrial, infrastructure and engineering services. The transaction represents the most recent platform investment in Boyne Capital's BCM Fund II.
Based in Suffolk, Virginia, Ryan Marine is a provider of diversified marine and industrial contracting and maintenance services across the Hampton Roads region of Virginia. Founded in 1985, Ryan Marine has long-tenured relationships with many blue-chip customers in the government and industrial end markets, including defense, logistics and utilities.
