CHARLOTTE, N.C. (February 3, 2023) – Holland & Knight represented Kaho Partners and its portfolio company Addtronics in the acquisition of Missouri Tooling & Automation, LLC (MTA), a leading custom robotic automation systems provider based in Lebanon, Missouri. Terms of the deal, announced on Jan. 31, 2023, were not disclosed.
MTA is the second addition to the Addtronics family of companies after the company acquired Dynamic Design Solutions (DDS) in October 2022. Holland & Knight also advised Kaho and Addtronics on that transaction.
Based in Greenwich, Connecticut, Addtronics is a holding company dedicated to acquiring, empowering and growing leading robotic automation solution providers.
