Please join members of our National Restructuring & Insolvency Group on January 17, 2023, for our annual update seminar. We will begin the session with a cross-country review of key restructuring and insolvency trends and cases from 2022, focusing on topics of interest to restructuring practitioners and finance professionals.
Following the update, there will be a fireside chat about cross-border restructurings in the mining, pharmaceutical, cryptocurrency and cannabis industries.

As stipulated in the above-mentioned regulation, members must preserve supporting documents attesting their completion of training activities for a period of seven years beginning on April 30 following the end of the reference period during which such activities were completed.
