Connect Media has selected Mark Edelstein as one of 110 attorneys from across the United States, and one of 10 New York-area attorneys, to be featured as a winner in its third annual "Lawyers in Real Estate" Awards. The winners were selected for excelling in their practices as well as their contributions to the community. Mark was also honored with this award in 2020. Earlier this year, Mark was named a Real Estate "Trailblazer" by the National Law Journal and a "Real Estate MVP" by Law360. He has over three decades of experience representing leading financial institutions, real estate companies, lenders, owners, acquirers, sellers, and investors. Mark practices in the areas of real estate, REIT, and fund finance; private equity; workouts; restructurings; and bankruptcies. Mark has been routinely involved in numerous projects that have reshaped and continue to reshape the nation's skylines and in workouts and bankruptcies involving some of the highest-profile projects and owners across the United States.
